What You'll Learn
The objectives are organized according to the framework of the Inner Development Goals. BEING – Personal development and ethical leadership The student: Uses a moral compass in entrepreneurial decisions and translates moral ambition into action. Thinks and acts regeneratively, with attention to long-term effects on people and the planet. Is aware of their own strengths, weaknesses, and motivations, and practices self-care. Relies on their own creative ability and dares to experiment. Takes a rooted, critical position and demonstrates openness, curiosity, and values-based leadership. THINKING – Critical and systemic thinking The student: Applies systemic and future-oriented thinking (e.g., cathedral thinking). Identifies levers for systemic change and translates them into sustainable impact. Designs a regenerative business and financing model. Develops a growth-oriented scaling strategy that thinks beyond linear growth. RELATING – Value-driven entrepreneurship The student: Connects personal motivations and vision with team, organizational structure, and strategy. Applies regenerative entrepreneurship based on social, ecological, and economic coherence. COLLABORATING – Co-creation and field research The student: Co-creates with diverse stakeholders in an inclusive manner. Conducts practice-oriented field research and prototype validation. Builds a relevant network within the social innovation ecosystem. ACTING – From idea to impact The student: Develops a powerful manifesto and impact narrative. Works iteratively towards a proof of concept via prototyping and lean methods. Develops a realistic action plan and monitors impact.

Course Outcomes
Evaluation is based on pass/fail, according to participation in and submission of three core components: Pitch: Presentation of concept, manifesto, and business model to a sounding board group. Process Folio: Continuous logbook in which project progress, reflections, and choices are recorded. Final reflection report + group discussion: Reflection on personal and project-based growth using the IDG framework, shared and deepened in a group reflection.
